I am ecstatic that my waist has broken the 30 inch barrier. My hips are so close to breaking 40 I can feel it. The only thing I'm not happy about are my thighs. You would think with all the running I'm doing that they would be toning up, but they haven't changed in a month. I think muscles are toning, but my genetics are not allowing the fat to leave the area. Curse being pear shaped! I'm happy with the progress this week. I am feeling stronger. I feel comfortable in my body, I'm just not happy with how jiggly it is. I am excited to go home and show it off to my friends and family around the pool.
This week, I also got my early birthday present, my Garmin Forerunner 110! I've only used it a couple times, but so far, I'm in love. I'm going to do a full review next week or the week after that, once I've given it sufficient wear.
