Weigh In: July 22

Okay.  Time for some accountability.  My training has been going well, but my weight has not.  It's been a roller coaster for the last week or so and just yesterday the scale gained 2 pounds that came off today.  I'm not used to this much fluctuation.  It's confusing.  I don't know what my body is doing, but let's hope it figures it out.

Here it is:

7-21-2013
Weight: 166.8 lb
Bicep: 11.5”
Chest: 36”
Waist: 30.5”
Hips: 41”
Thigh: 22”


and the previous weigh in:
7-9-2013
Weight: 168.5 lb
Bicep: 11.5”
Chest: 36”
Waist: 31”
Hips: 40”
Thigh: 22”

So my weight overall went down, but everything else... who knows.  Things are changing.  That's about all I can say.  Down in the waist, up in the hips... who knows.  Being accountable.  See you in a week, measuring tape.
