Vacation Weigh in 1

So, this week I arrived back in Pennsylvania at my parents' house for my vacation.  I'm going to be here for most of the month of June.  There are some pluses: it will cost me less money to be here, the weather will be more bearable for running, I get to see my friends and family and I get to relax all I want.  But the biggest downfall is the temptations.  My mom makes home cooked dinners every night, and my brother likes to take me out for take out on the weekends.  Mom also likes to keep cookies and sweets in the house and not very many fresh fruits and vegetables.  The temptations are great, and it will be hard to resist.  So far, I've been able to keep things under control and have been keeping up my good exercise habits.  If I can keep this up when I spend the weekend next weekend with my girlfriends, I'm going to be so happy.

So far so good.  I haven't lost much as far as inches, but I've lost pounds.  The inches should follow close behind.  Here's to a thinner summer break!
